Upon looking at it I noticed the date was still not changed. However, Monday I received an email for an approval. At this point I thought it was taken care of. I never received an email or call after this. I explained to her that I needed my date to be changed to UNLESS an accommodation can be made to allow me to work till 1130am due to me having to do Surgery prep & testing the day prior to surgery. I sent the paperwork to Jamila via email & uploaded it directly to the portal.
